“Diligent at work” means to stay involved physically and mentally and dedicated to spiritual elevation by benefiting ourselves and others. “Keen to company” means, on seeing so many people striving to improve themselves, the willingness to gradually reduce interpersonal conflicts.  – Master Jih Chang
