◎世間任何事只看結果，成敗完全以大家公認的成果來談。佛法之所以可貴，是從成功真實的「因」上來談的，但它並非不講求「果」，正因為講果，所以為了正確的果，必須先找到正確的因，然後在正確的「因」上面下功夫，如果這個步驟做對了，好的結果一定出現。【日常師父法語】
Worldly affairs are evaluated by their results. Whether something is success or failure depends on how most people look at it. The most precious part in Buddhism is that it is mainly about the true “cause” of success. Yet it does not follow that Buddhism has no concern about “result” at all. Just because we want the correct result, we need to find the correct cause first and then work on it. Following such procedure, good results will surely come along. – Master Jih Chang
