◎修行最重要的是從自己了解的基礎上面去增上，千萬不要在意別人，但不在意別人是很難的，因為世間人都是追求名利的。事實上，名聞利養是自他比較出來的，我們盡心盡力從自己內心怎樣去觀察，才是最重要的基本原則。【日常師父法語】

The most important part of cultivation is to improve ourselves on the basis of our understanding instead of caring about what others think. Yet it is difficult not to care about it since most earthly people are pursuing fortune and fame. In fact, the so-called fame and fortune are defined by comparing ourselves and others. We shall diligently make observation of our own minds, which is the most important principle. – Master Jih Chang
