無限生命當中，像現在這樣得到很珍貴的人身可以修行，可以淨罪集資、可以拜懺、這個時光是非常珍貴的。好像很漫長的黑夜當中，閃電這麼閃一下，那個短暫的一剎那而已。所以事實上要好好珍惜自己這一生，可以學習、可以修行、可以依止師長、好好學習修行，有機會可以好好修懺悔的話，其實不要放鬆，這個很重要 ——如俊法師《月光共學》

《A Guide To the Bodhisattva Way Of Life》 says: “Just as lightning illuminates the darkness of a cloudy night for an instant, in the same way, by the power of the Buddha, occasionally people's minds are momentarily inclined toward merit.”
In our infinite lives, it is very precious to obtain such treasurable life time of human to cultivate the dharma, to get rid of guilt and nourish the accumulation, and to worship and make confession. It is just like the instant when lightning illuminates the endless darkness. In fact, we should cherish our life time when we can study, practice, rely on the guru, and cultivate the dharma.
