◎懺悔對我們非常重要，一定要透過內心檢查，打從心裡面去懺悔，這樣懺悔才有力。否則只是說：「我懺悔呀！」嘴巴上講一下是沒有用的，一定要認真的從內心去追尋、觀察，懺悔的力量就比較強。【日常師父法語】

Confession is very important for us. Only via sincere introspection and wholehearted regret can confessions really take effect. You can't do this merely by saying "I'm making confession." That will definitely not work. You have to search and observe inwardly so that confessions can have stronger influence. -- Master Jih-Chang
