When circumstances arise, there are two ways out: one following your afflictions and the other remedying them with rightful conceptions. Following your afflictions is easy and effortless. Following rightful conceptions is difficult. Therefore, you must repeatedly recollect them, restrain the sensory faculties and keep working hard.  – Master Jih Chang
