《廣海明月 1》 講次0010

學習經典它要一個非常恭敬的心，而且要慢慢地學，跟平常做很多事情的速度看起來是不一樣的。因為它需要凝視我們的內心，去看祖師、佛菩薩在說什麼。所以就好像從一個非常非常喧嚷的白晝時光，突然進入到一個明月當空寧靜的夜色之中，心境是非常寧靜、非常愉悅的。

To learn from scriptures, we need not only to have highly respectful mentality but also to learn slowly – at a different pace from how we do many other things. It is because we shall gaze at our inner selves and see what elders, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas talked about. It is like shifting from the very clamorous daytime to the quiet nighttime with full moon shining up in the sky that makes our state of mind very tranquil and delightful.
